Good Morning Year 4!
It is Friday again! Only three more days until the summer holidays – can you believe it?
Next week I will be posting transition work to help you feel prepared for Year 5 in September, so today is your last day of Year 4 home learning! I will also be posting a letter for you all to read on Monday from Miss Davies. She is really looking forward to getting to know you all in September.
BBC Bitesize has a small maths quiz for you to try. You will need you reasoning and problem solving skills to be able to answer the questions. Can you get full marks? I have a game for you today! I have attached a maths escape room to this blog. Can you solve the problems to crack the code and escape the forest?
There is another reading lesson today. It is looking back at the books that BBC has looked at during home schooling. I have attached the final set of comprehension questions linked to Roman Rescue. Today’s questions link to chapters 16 and seventeen. I really do hope that you have enjoyed this story.
The final lesson today is a cooking lesson. You will learn how to make fish fingers, chicken nuggets and veggie dippers. It also looks at safety in the kitchen, especially when using knives.
