                          The Great Fire of London - The End!           

This week marked the end of our amazing topic The Great Fire of London and what an amazing time we have had learning all about it.  The children have impressed the teachers so so much with their wealth of knowledge they now have and the fascinating facts about the great fire which they can now reel off.  Below are a selection of pictures showing the wonderful Tudor houses that the children created.  Have a look also at a few of the videos of children as Samuel Pepys recounting the events of the fire as well as newspaper reporters reporting as if they were live at the scene of the fire back in 1666!  The children also enjoyed writing their own verse for London's Burning which they both wrote themselves and created musical accompniament for.  Watch their performances - you will be impressed! Well done indeed Y1!
