Good Morning Year 3

I'm very sorry for not putting up yesterday's work until the afternoon, but I had an important meeting in the morning and didn't get the chance to upload your work. If you haven't managed to complete some of the tasks, don't worry - you can carry on with them today. laugh

I want to start today's blog with a SHOUT OUT to Harriet and her brother Romeo, who have both spent time this week completing my egg and rainbow challenges. Here are some photographs:

Rockstars Update:

When I last checked, the boys were still in front - 1932 - 668. Harrison and Adelaide have now joined the tournament - so welcome to you both. Come on girls, don't let the boys get revenge! angry Where is your fighting spirit?

Purple Mash 2Do Update:

Thank you to Liam and Annabel for your letters. It was lovely to hear from you.  yes yes

Also, a big thank you to Harriet for your letter. Harriet didn't have access to the computer, so she hand wrote me a letter and delivered it to school. That was lovely of you Harriet.  laugh

Work Today:

Mathematics: More work on statistics (data handling) today. Today's activity is a workbooklet full of data questions. I have also attached the answer booklet for you. If you haven't finished yesterday's task, you could do these instead.

Literacy: If you didn't get to do the reading comprehension from yesterday, you could do this today instead. If you would like to focus on improving your spelling, try the spelling activities instead. There are word mazes and word searches to have a go at. All activities focus on the words that you need to be able to spell by the end of Y4.

Afternoon Tasks:

Choose from the activities listed on Monday's blog.

Don't forget to send me photos. laugh

Have a good day everyone. Work hard.

I'll be in touch tomorrow.

Stay safe

Mrs H heart
