Well what a busy week we have had in Y1!

Hello again!

I would just like to thank all the mummies, daddies, grandparents and carers who attended our phonics and reading workshop this week. I hope you found the workshop useful and please don't forget that the Powerpoints and the longer phonics help sheet handout can be found in the documents to download at the bottom of our class page.   We can't stress enough how important it is to read to and have your child read to you everyday whilst they are in their early formative years.  Once they can read, this will help improve their writing plus all aspects of the wider curriculum as everything becomes much more accessible to them!  :)
